Aggregates fire and EMS incidents by time, shift, type group, and location to detect operational surges, peak load periods, and recurring demand hotspots across Durham.
Incidents by Location
Individual incident coordinates are combined into a spatial density surface. Areas with many nearby or overlapping incidents appear more intense, helping identify recurring demand concentrations and geographic clustering patterns.
